Ordering & Delivery

If you place an order before 12pm it will be packed and dispatched the next day, however please allow up to 5 working days for it to find it's way to you. All items purchased through the web site will be sent special delivery which includes insurance the price is worked out by the weight automatically. If you would prefer to send it normal post to reduce the postage please give us a call and we can send it by Royal mail first class, please bear in mind this service will not include insurance. If you require an urgent last minute gift, please give us a call and we will be happy to send your package as a priority.
