Trading Terms

By purchasing any product and by using this website you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions.

SECURE ORDERING
You can purchase your order directly through the website using Paypal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. PayPal will create a secure guest account, so you can make your purchase with peace of mind, knowing your details are safe and secure. We accept Visa, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Electron. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. However if you prefer to send a money transfer direct to our bank account, you can do so by giving us a call with your details. Once the money has cleared we will send the order. You can pay by cheque, if you call to organise this we will send the order once the cheque has cleared.

PRICING
Payment must be received in full before your order can be accepted. All price shown are shown in GBP pounds (£) sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Product prices exclude postage cost, which will be added at the check out. All postage is calculated as a special delivery, which provides insurance to give you peace of mind.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please do so by contacting 08452997505 at the earliest opportunity to arrange cancellation. We care about our customers and stand by our designs and we want you to be 100% happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return the Item unworn with the original packaging with proof of purchase within 14 days and we will be more than happy to exchange or issue a credit note for the amount. Please remember to get proof of postage, and ensure the jewellery is sent with adequate insurance. The only Items we cannot accept back are earrings for hygiene reasons.

If you wish to exchange an item additional postage costs will incur.
In the unlikely event that your jewellery requires repair, Elements offers a 6 month guarantee from the date of purchase and will repair or replace your item during this time with proof of purchase. This guarantee excludes general wear and tear or misuse. We will not be liable if the receipt has been lost or cannot be produced. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

All rights, including copyright in the website are owned by Suzie Calder Limited trading as Elements. Any use of this website or it's contents including storing or copying them in whole or in part for any other purpose, other than to be used for the sole purpose of placing a personal order with Elements is prohibited.

The contents of this website are for personal and not commercial use, and as such Elements prohibits any modification distribution or reposting of any image.

All rights and products are and will remain the property of Elements. Any infringement of these rights will be taken seriously. These terms and conditions and any contract entered in to as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
